Standard delivery within the UK is generally free of charge. We aim to dispatch your order by the next working after clearance of payment. Delivery will normally be made within 1-3 working days of dispatch. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. We use Royal Mail for UK domestic deliveries. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. Deliveries destined for remote areas may take longer and be subject to a surcharge.

All items purchased at the Maestlin online store can be returned within 28 days. Please check your product upon delivery. If there is a problem with your product please contact us and we will assist. In order to guarantee that your return is handled efficiently, please ensure that the returned goods include any accessories, tags and possible extras. We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on (items that have evidence of marking, stretching, washing, or smell like they have been worn). You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
Once your return has been checked and processed by our warehouse you will be notified by e-mail. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 15 days of posting your return shipment to us, please contact us with your reference number. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
